Three Trees

White out conditions make for some nice abstract landscape work. Had I taken this shot a few months earlier you'd be able to see beyond the Ottawa River and up to the Gatineau Hills which would have been ablaze with fall colours. As it is you can barely make out the far shore, some 2-3km distant, across the frozen river which at this point is known as "Lac Deschenes".
